Affordable Water Restoration was there for us in our time of need. We were unsure if we had mold after flooding during Hurricane Ian, but Anthony, Danny and their crew provided a thorough inspection, documented the problem, then efficiently mitigated it. They explained every step of the process and were careful to protect our belongings. They arrived on time, and the entire crew was professional, hardworking and friendly. They were even nice to our dogs! We passed our mold inspection on the first test. I highly recommend Affordable Water Restoration, and would hire them again if needed.

I would 100% recommend affordable water restoration. Harry was exceptional. I was skeptical about the original results of the water assessment but Harry thoroughly explained his findings. He cleaned up the mess of the previous workers and made sure I was satisfied with the work. If Harry is on the job, you can count on this company.

This company is the most professional and trustworthy people I’ve encountered when it came to opening my home during hurricane Ian in need of help. They responded quickly and swiftly to make sure all of my needs were met since then I’ve reached out to many others who are in need of help due to the hurricane and sent them to Affordable Water Restoration. This company and all the employees I interacted with were incredible! They were very quick to respond and remove water damaged items. They set up fans and dehumidifiers as soon as possible which helped prevent any mold or further damage. They were understanding of our situation with insurance and did everything they could to help us. All around an excellent company with fantastic employees. Anthony was very attentive and was always available for calls and questions. Daniel was incredible at removing flooring and doing follow up checks for moisture readings. John was very nice and helpful. Harry did an amazing job ensuring that our house was fully dried and removed the fans and dehumidifiers. Seriously, every interaction was helpful, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!
